help backing up database - installed from Turnkey Linux v16.1

I installed Redmine using Turnkey Linux Redmine v16.1. It seems to be working fine, but in case the server hard drive fails, I'd like to be able to restore it.
I looked up some backup instructions, but they keep mentioning things like a yml file and I'm not sure where mine is so I can't pull the information from it. Can someone give me some detailed instructions on how to back it up?
