how to be an admin in redmine

Ive created the redmine account but im unable to create a new project or add users. how do i get admin priv?

You need to ask an administrator of your Redmine instance to grant you the respective permissions.

An Administrator can grant you the permission to ad projects by granting you a role with this permission in any project. Entirely adding users is only available to Administrators by default. Depending on the configuration of your Redmine, it may allow self-registration of new users though.
