How to see full file on the diff view?

Hi, all.
Is there a way to see full file on repository diff view? Now, I can see only lines around modified parts. I would like to see modified parts on full file.
I found some old similar questions on this forum but they got no response. Maybe it means there is no operation for that. Then, is it possible to modify Redmine itself? If possible, could anyone give me an advice or a hint for such modification?
