Add new menu

Hello,
How to add a new menu link after the help link in top_menu ?

I Need to add my menu site navigation on redmine.

I found the solution by using plugin.

But, it's possible to change the home link ?

You can remove certain links by removing the permissions on it using setting tabs.Login as a administartor

I don't found the setting tabs for remove the home link in top_menu.
Look at http://redmine.opensi.org. I changed the home link in redmine.rb.
