The page isn’t redirecting properly

I struggled to get a working instance in a shared hosting context, and I eventually got one.
Almost every time I tried, even subsequently, to use a newer version of Redmine, I encountered a 503 error.

Now the problem is sometimes if I click on "My page" I face the message in the subject.
I attach a screenshot with part of the loop that eventually ends with NS_ERROR_REDIRECT_LOOP.
The workaround is creating a user session from scratch in a new "Private window".
Do you have an idea about what is all about?
