When you click on the file attached to a task, this appears 404. The page you are trying to access does not exist or has been deleted

When you click on the file attached to a task, this appears:
"404
The page you are trying to access does not exist or has been deleted."

After several updates, the file may be downloaded, but it happens that you press it at 100 times and the effect is 0
You have to restart all services...

When an error appears, you can press "Ctrl+F5" and the file will download, but this is not convenient and should not work this way
