Is there a way to set the default sort order of documents

Hello, I am running Redmine 5.1.1 and cannot find a way to set the default sort order on the Documents tab on my Projects.

When I click into 'Documents' the initial sort order is Category, I can then click the link on the right options to sort by Date, however, is there a way to set Date as the default or a way to create a new default view?
