Unable to enter saas client

Hi
From a week or so i cannot access the saas_client section since when i click the "account" button under the "administrator" tag, the request goes into timeout sending me a 504 error: gateway Time-Out
There is any way I can fix this or it's not under my direct control?

It seems that you are using hosted Redmine installation by a commercial hosting provider. Please contact their support channels instead. Here, we can only help you with the underlying open source Redmine software which is offered by your hosting provider. We do not have any insight into the configuration or hosting options of your provider though.
