As Posense software company, we produce point-of-sale system software and have integration with over 200 Ingenico devices. We are receiving a connection error during payment processing with the Ingenico POS device and Posense software. We have identified the transaction flow during which we receive this error and reported it with error codes. We expect a response from your software team as soon as possible. We request that the urgency of the current situation be taken into consideration.

Ingenico pos cihazı ve Posense yazılımı ile ilgili ödeme alma sırasında bağlantı hatası alıyoruz. Bu hatayı nasıl bir işlem akışı sırasında aldığımızı tespit ettik ve hata kodları ile raporladık. En kısa sürede yazılım ekibinizden tarafımıza bir dönüş bekliyoruz. Mevcut durumun aciliyetinin göz önünde bulundurularak değerlendirilmesini talep ediyoruz.
