Hi Support Team,

I would like to raise a concern regarding the watcher permissions currently in place.

For your reference, we are using Redmine version 6.1.0, installed via Bitnami.

We have multiple customized projects, and recently several users reported that even after adding certain PICs as watchers, those individuals are not receiving notifications. It appears that the issue is caused by their lack of access to the corresponding project.

Is there a way to grant watchers permission to view and receive notifications for a specific issue only, without giving them visibility or access to all issues within that project?
