Redmine create multiples issues from the same email when using a cron job to fetch imap server

Hi Redmine users!!
I got a problem when try to create issues from a email, using a cron job to fetch the imap server. I can create several issues for each email sent to server. something like these: i have one email to a issue but got 3 identical issues (the issue id is not same, of course). Please help me :D
