Plugin locales - some strings aren't displayed

We use plugins and some of the strings aren't displayed.

- Using the Timesheet plugin the menu name at the top left is 'timesheet_title'.
- The other one is the Collapse plugin, which had worked well on the 0.8.4. After upgrading Redmine to 0.8.6 the text 'label_actions_tab' is shown instead of 'Actions' as the tab name.

Could someone explain me what is wrong in our config?

Sorry, some way I have saved the UTF-8 file with a different encoding. Saving as UTF-8 solved my problem.
