I'm sorry for the topic being very indescribable but my imagination seems to have put down a raincheck.
I'll put it short, this is what I'm trying to achieve to make the application work for us internally here.

#1. Estimated time while making a new issue should not to just be counted in hours, but minutes as well.

#2. Under 'My Page', reported issues which are closed should dissapear from the list, perhaps they do after a set period of time?

#3. Adding a third Status on issues which also closes the issue but it need to be searchable of sorts in statistical purposes. (i.e. 'not solved, sent to <dep.>')

#4. Bring out statistics, (under Issues -> Summary), on three different topics.
#4.1 How many Issues have been solved without beeing assigned to anyone?
#4.2 How many Issues have been solved by the person who got it assigned to himself?
#4.3 How many issues have been 'sent to <dep.>', the third status, as #3 describes.

All and all, this is what we need to build - and all I need is a few pointers, if there's some way this can be done easily I'd love to hear them, or my developers will have to sort this out themself.
