I am using Rails version 2.3.4 running along with Ruby 1.9.1. I'm attempting to run this on Apache as a CGI, and since it returned a premature end of script headers, I decided to run ./dispatch.cgi via the command-line and it returned that output. I cannot script/* anything, as it seems to return that same exact error. Does anyone know what this means, and the steps I can take to resolve it?
