Import from remote TRAC system posible

I just started with a Bitnami virtual Redmine installation and I like to import the issues from our TRAC system.
The Import Howto for TRAC with sqlite doesn't show anything for remote hosts. So I like to ask how to start? I won't install the sqlite db on the new system.
