How can I extend the "sub-nav" or "tabs" in settings

Hi everybody,

I try to write my own plugin...

I read in the wiki that I can only extend the "main-menus": http://www.redmine.org/wiki/redmine/Plugin_Tutorial#Extending-menus

If I have any plugins, I think its a better way to implement the configuration in a settings tab.

Have you a idea?
