Hello,
I searched in the plugin list but I did not find any plugin to build KPIs related to SLA.
Does anything exist to get a follow-up report on each demand, for example the time elapsed between each status for each tickeet within a project ?

With this plugin you can write SQL queries to redmine database and select all data that you need.
