cannot see redmine_charts in the administration->Plugins

I've installed redmine charts to latest trunk of redmine as mentioned there:

$ cd {REDMINE_ROOT}
$ git clone git://github.com/mszczytowski/redmine_charts.git vendor/plugins/redmine_charts

$ ./script/plugin install git://github.com/pullmonkey/open_flash_chart.git

But seems that nothing happened. What should I do?

Now I can see it :0

But another question.... seems that there is wrong percentage calculation... sometimes it shows me 130% etc....
