Permanently unite Checklist with a Tracker type?
I'm a newly-hired admin that inherited Redmine as the ticketing system. My goal is to have tickets related to making new users show a checklist of to-do items that are common to all new user tickets... add them to AD, network printers, etc. I have created a custom Tracker called "New User" to segregate these tickets, but don't know how to make checklists permanently linked with all tickets created under that New User tracker. This way helpdesk staff can just follow a checklist when new people are hired.
Tbh I'm not entirely certain that this is the best way for me to do this... but it looks like I may be the first person to ask if Google is to be believed. I do have the checklist plugin installed, btw.
