Plugin for sub issues: Ticket Grouping or Subtasks?

Hi.

I'm about to choose a plugin that handles sub issues in Redmine. Should I go for the Ticket Grouping plugin or the Subtasks plugin?

Which has better support? Which handles sub issues most naturally? What are the differences?
