Transalate to own Langauage

Hi All,

I'm using redmine 3.0.4 and I want to have my own language by not changing the core code (en.yml). I have followed
http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/HowTo_translate_Redmine_in_your_own_language but it didn't help. I don't get any errors but when I go to settings -> display I don't get my newly created language.

Hi,

Try restarting redmine.

I tried restarting the redmine, clearing the cache and also I restarted my machine but nothing changes, the new language is not part of the language selection

did you change the general_lang_name?

I did that as indicated in the howto
