Error uploading file with passanger.

Description

When any user try to upload files in tickets with redmine + passenger redmine give this error:

31365#0: *2718 open() "/tmp/passenger-standalone.31319/client_body_temp/0000000002" failed (2: No such file or directory), client: 192.168.42.1, server: _, request: "POST //projects/difiver/issues HTTP/1.1", host: "192.168.42.2:3000", referrer: "http://xxx.xxx.com/redmine/projects/difiver/issues/new"

If I make the dir /tmp/passenger-standalone.31319/client_body_temp the upload works again. But if I restart passanger the problem raise again.
