Description

Go to Administration / Settings / General

  • Change "Default language" from English to any other language.
  • Save
  • Sign out

The main page continues in English.

Without a logged user, it shouldn't be displayed in default language?

For anonymous users, the browser language setting is used.
For example, my browser 'accept-language' setting is set to: fr, fr-fr, en-us, en. So even if Redmine's default language is set to 'en', I will get the french translation when I'm not logged in.
