Couldn’t get a stable version of Redmine

Description

I’m trying to use Bitnami Redmine Stacks since v2.0.0 and couldn’t get a stable version
Something’s everything seems to be work, and suddenly the stack report “The connection has timed out” or even worse “Service Temporarily Unavailable” and with this last error, the only way to put it online again is restarting all Bitnami Redmine Stack Services (Apache Web Server, MySQL Database and Thin_Redmine)

I lost hours, trying Bitnami Redmine installations at different O.S. and with different versions.

I hope anyone can help me.
