Wiki for Debian don't work

I install Redmine 1.4.4 on Debian Wheezy from experimental repository and second try from testing repository. Everything was done step by step instructions. All works well, but if i add roles to user for project, then i can't edit and remove roles, also cant add watchers to issues and can't add related issues.

I test with with Redmine 1.4.4 BitNami and all works fine. I think don't work maybe JS? Because there is no indicator of load. How to fix it?

Its a web server configuration issue. I get 403 responses when requesting javascripts (eg. http://home.kradllit.com/redmine/javascripts/prototype.js)
