I recently upgraded my Redmine project management system from version 2.0 to 2.3
While all features appear to work good, I am unable to get onto the My account & Settings.
Here is the error message that I get when I click the My account link,

Just the fist line of each of your logs.
ActionView::Template::Error (Permission denied - /opt/redmine-2.3/tmp/cache/900):
Please review your filesystem permissions. Make sure each of them run with the same user or users which have group access to these folders.

- Status changed from New to Resolved
- gave DefaultUser & User to be www-data in passenger.conf and reloaded the module & restarted apache and the problem got solved.
# vim /etc/apache2/mods-available/passenger.conf
