Description

As reported by brandonvalentine here (fix), notification settings are reset when you use the Trac importer, which is obviously bad. As the structure is really identical, it happens also on the Mantis importer.

Fixed in r11795 (with a small typo, sorry :/), it will be integrated in 2.4.0. Any feedback is welcome if someone was having the same problem.
