Description
Can we make issue links just automatically open in a new window?
(Without having to press command [on a Mac] to have it open on another window.)

I believe that this would be quite surprising and distracting behavior. As such, I'm strongly against this change.
If you want to open some links in a new browser windows or tab automatically, you should configure your own web browser accordingly.
