Rest API custom field not working

Description

Upgrade to 2.5.1-stable version to have the custom_fields.json API feature available.
Any of the other API feature (issues,trackers,users, news....) is working but the /custom_fiels.json is empty while having custom fields defined in my database.
Missed something or bug ?

I cannot reproduce the problem. I successfully got custom fields information with the following command.

curl -X GET -i 'http://redmine-trunk.test/custom_fields.json'

Please reopen this issue if you are still experiencing the same problem with the latest version of Redmine.
