Rename Issue as Ticket (or ...) in GUI

Currently (0.7.x) by default the GUI use the name "Issue" (as in Mantis, Jira) for something that is more generic.
It is sometime confusing for the occasional user who wants to look at features or enhancements.

It will be great to replace it by something like (by order of preference) :
  1. "Query" as in ClearQuest
  2. "Ticket" as in TRAC
  3. "WorkItem" as in MS-TeamSystem and Rational-TeamConcert

You can rename it in your language files, lang/en.yml for English.
