Just in case this is a real request and not just for testing purposes.
redmine.org is not intended to host other projects then the development of Redmine itself.
You can install a copy of Redmine on your own server or let someone else host it for you.

Regardless of the reason the issue tracker is not the appropriate space for either purpose.

I'll close the issue by now.
