I can't see preview for redmine_more_previews

Description

To see preview for office, I have install 'redmine_more_previews' plugin,but it don't work.
I see exclamation mark for plugin in information.
My redmine environment is operating on bitnami in windows server.
Can I get advice how to solve for it?
