I installed Redmine on a Windows PC and everything is working properly, but I can't find a plugin in Redmine. Please assist us.

Please follow the instructions of the plugin publishers.
It is important that the plugins are stored in the correct directory and then migrated...
Since you did not provide any further information about the system (Bitnami Installer?) or the plugins used, no further assistance is possible...
