Bug d'encodage dans les emails envoyé

Description
Bonjour, dans les emails envoyé quand à surveille un sujet, le corps du message d'affiche correctement sous kmail mais pas le titre, apparemment tout le mail n'est pas dans le même encodage.
Merci de corriger ça pour un affichage plus propre.
Par exemple je peu voir:
X-auth-smtp-user: Contact du Site du Zéro <siteduzero@siteduzero.com>
X-abuse-contact: Contact du Site du Zéro <siteduzero@siteduzero.com>

Er… This forum is english only, so please speak english. Ok, you named very well your site, since it's your SMTP that's setting X-abuse fields, not redmine. But BTW, you're missing webs, aren't you? <3

Hello, in french version of the site I have bug encoding in title of the mail looked by kmail, it's because whole the mail not use the same encoding.
Pls fix it.
