When creating a note on a deal, it inserts the creation date as it was the day before, with the correct hour.
Marked the exibition with a blue arrow.
I'm using Ruby 2.6.8 with distribution 10.4.21 of Maria DB

Please contact plugin author, I assume you're using the Contacts/CRM plugin. Redmine doesn't have "deal" objects.
