Description
As there is a Date format custom field, it will be interesting to have an Hour format custom field.
It could grow the business needs capabilities.
It is sugested to be placed under "Date" (Fecha in spanish)

Indeed, a custom field is what we have done. However, having a native custom field, having hoyr and time control, and that can be seen in calendars, could be an interesting feature to extend RedMine capabilities.
