Redmine

Hello,

We're experiencing performance issues with the search functionality in Redmine, likely due to the size of our database (120,000+ issues). As search is a heavily used feature for us, response times are becoming a concern. Currently, each search can last up to 30 seconds.

I know there's a plugin that provides full-text search support for MySQL and PostgreSQL, but it doesn't appear to support SQL Server.

Is there any existing solution or recommended approach to enable full-text search when using SQL Server as the backend?
If not, are there any plans to add support ?
