Description

Please note I'm new on Redmine and I don't have the settings button on my platform and there no Add Project button

Redmine is open source software which you can install and run on your own servers. Here on redmine.org, we have installed a Redmine version which help us develop Redmine itself. redmine.org can not be used for any other projects though. That's why you can't create your own projects here and don't see any setting panels.

After you have installed Redmine on your own server (see RedmineInstall), you can access all settings and can also create projects there. If you don't want to run your own server, you can also chose one of the commercial providers of a hosted Redmine service. See CommercialOfferings for some pointers.
