Description

When importing a bulk of historical data the "closed" field definitions in the file are not respected but are set to the import date instead.

This makes sense in some way as from Redmine's perspective they are indeed put in the "closed" state at the moment they are imported (as this is how the "closed" fields are normally set in Redmine); but in some cases it makes more sense to respect the (historical) date to have items' status contents match historical reality (e.g. when migrating from another tracking system to Redmine wanting to keep the date the issues were closed there in-tact for retrospective reporting in Redmine later).

It would be good to have the option to have Redmine imports respect the "closed" dates set in files when importing them.

Alternatively, it would be nice to be able to set the closed date manually similar to how we we can with other fields, as requested in this related ticket: #8002 (from 2011).
