Hello,
I need ticket statuses to be updated when they are processed. But many users forget to update the statuses, and processing times are prolonged.
I'm looking for a solution to have a new status suggestion each time a ticket is updated (rating, assignment change, etc.).
Do you have any suggestions for a setting or module?
It could be a status suggestion when creating a note or others things?
