If I have a parent task A with a subtask B and both are closed, I cannot reopen A to add a new subtask C, because redmine says that I need to reopen the subtask B. When I go to reopen B redmine tell me that I cannot reopen B because A is closed.

Sorry Go MAEDA, my mistake: in my case the parent task A is itself a subtask of parent Y. After reopen also Y all works fine.
