Description

Lately, I've observed multiple performance issues generated by changes made to simplify/refactor some part of the code or even to improve the performance. Two recent examples:
  • #43651 regression after a change made to improve performance #43214.
  • #43446 regression after we replaced html-pipeline with Loofah in #42737.

We need a way to automatically run some benchmarks to understand the effect of our changes based on numbers.
