Currently, relative time labels such as "3 minutes ago" or "5 days ago" or "Due in 10 days" are only updated when the page is reloaded.

It would be useful if these labels could be updated automatically on the client side using JavaScript, so that the displayed times remain accurate while the page is open.
This would improve the user experience, especially on pages that remain open for a long time, such as issue pages, activity pages.
