Redmine

Redmine has been widely used by many organizations for more than a decade. During this time, a large number of users have become familiar with the traditional Redmine interface and workflow.

Since Redmine 6.x, the default UI style has been significantly redesigned, and Redmine 7.x continues this direction with further visual and layout changes. The new design brings improvements in areas such as modern CSS architecture, responsiveness, and maintainability.

However, many long-term users who have used Redmine for many years may find the new interface difficult to adapt to, especially for daily project management activities where information density and familiar layouts are important.

This request is to consider providing an official "Legacy Theme" as an optional built-in theme, allowing users to choose between the modern interface and the traditional Redmine experience.
