Redmine

Hello guys.
First of all thanks for redmine. It's a great tool.
1. I tried to implement ITSM using redmine. I realized that I need different status set for different trackers. Can you implement this link instead of global one?
2. It'll be great to have ability to make subtask as a task from different projects. Then I could keep incidents and related to them RFS and RFC in different projects.
3. Incidents and many other things can be divided on categories and subcategories. It'll be great if redmine 'custom fields' could support 'master-detail' model. I believe this feature will be suitable only for listed custom fields. Also I realised that some custom fields may be required fields on the different states of tracker. So it is very useful to set requirement flag in respect to state of tracker.
