Workflow Errors When Status is Deleted

When a new status is created, included in a workflow and then deleted, attempting to edit the workflow will produce
an error.
Manually removing the offending row(s) from the workflows table allows the workflow to be edited again without producing
an error.
I'm using MySQL v14.12, ruby v1.8.6, rails1.2.3
Testing was done on R:582
