category link/query not handling multiple projects for version targets spanning more than one project

Description

The category list of issues on the version page has problems with issues that are in different projects.

e.g. a target version is either shared within a project hierarchy or for all projects.
issue 1 is in project A with category NN
issue 2 is in project B with category XX

In the version page for the target version I see the category list having 1 issue in each category. But the link / query is wrong as I can not jump to the other project. The query only works for issues that are in the project I am in when I am on the version page.
