When i try to get all the project using this
https://radar.twu.ca/projects.xml?limit=112
but it only return top 100 projects Doesn't matter what I set my limit to, it will only return 100 projects.
Can you please help me with this.

Indeed, documentation states exactly, see Rest_api#Collection-resources-and-pagination:
the number of items to be present in the response (default is 25, maximum is 100)

Not a defect but a intended behavior.
