Description

We can have 2 types of messages (journals) in an issue :

  1. journal with a journal_details entry (like update status of issue or with a file attached)
  2. journal with only a "note" (only text)

For anonymous, they see only messages (journal) have one or more journal_details entry (see N° 1) but don't see other (N° 2)

Ok, you're right, it's a problem with plugin advanced_roadmap for users have same problem.
