The attached patch fixes that Redmine::Plugin.assets_directory is not working after r21283 because of the following bugs: 

 * source:trunk/lib/redmine/plugin.rb@21283#L107 does not properly set Redmine::PluginPath object 
 * a typo in source:trunk/lib/redmine/plugin.rb@21283#L186 source:entry/trunk/lib/redmine/plugin.rb@21283#L185
